Andy griffith is amazing as hard working lawyer Ben Matlock. This season, he has new hwlp in the Help in the shape of Michelle Thomas (Nancy Stafford)as usual, Ben hides his sharp brain behind the bumbling good ole boy facade. Tyler Hudson (the gorgeous Keane Holiday)is on Hand to Investigate each case. Cases include the blind man who shot the friend responsible for the car crash that robbed him of his sight and framing the mans girlfriend who happens to be a friend of Michelle's. Great stuff, great cast love it!!!

Ich denke zu Matlock braucht man nicht viel zu sagen.Er ist so eine Art Columbo der Rechtsanwälte.Wer hier Rechtsanwalts-Action sucht wie es bei Boston Legal oder The Practice der Fall ist, der wird vermutlich nicht besonders glücklich werden mit dem gutmütigen verständnisvollen etwas biederen Benjamin Matlock, welcher ganz im Columbo-Stil etwas aus der Mode gekommen immer mit einem verschmitzten Lächeln und einer etwas väterlichen Rolle wohl eher für einen ganz entspannten Fernsehabend geeignet ist.Einfach nur im Sessel sitzen, die Krawatte lockern, Füße hoch, und einen Hot Dog mit Yellow Mustard in die Hand nehmen - dann Ben Matlock einschalten und der gemütliche, keineswegs nervenaufreibende, aber doch sehr amüsante, und vor allen Dingen auch noch etwas interlektuell anspruchsvollere, angenehme Fernsehgenuß ist garantiert. Für alle Freunde des feinen Humors und menschlicher Anwälte welche keine Superhelden wie Alan Shore und Denny Crane sind, aber durchaus kleine Nachfolger von Perry Mason.Matlock ist halt typsisches 80er und 90er Fernsehen.Wer Mac Gyver, Ein Mountie in Chicago, Columbo, Chips, Diagnose Mord und ähnliche Serien zu schätzen weiß, wird auch Matlock in seine Sammlung der glücklichen Kindheits- und Jugendtage mit aufnehmen wollen. Einfach gute Unterhaltung. Wem Columbo als Vergleich nichts sagt kann wahrscheinlich am ehesten Monk als vergleichbare Unterhaltungskatergorie annehmen.Geeignet für die ganze Familie.Ich kann Matlock nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!!

Was soll man noch sagen Matlock ist super.Leider nicht alle Folgen in Deutsch sonst top.

Nach der Serie "Perry Mason", "Matlock" ist die einzige gute Anwalts Serie als Alternative für "Perry Mason".

My husband and I have both watched all the seasons that are out on DVD and have enjoyed it. This is a good series to watch if there is nothing else on TV these days worth watching. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a simple mystery without a lot of violence.

You either like Matlock or you don't. If you enjoyed the series you will enjoy looking back at the second season. This was the first season for the character of Michelle. Gone is Ben's daughter played by Linda Purl. Enter Michelle after she is introduced in the 2 hour season opener.

Highly recommend it to all fans of the show. Packaging was very good. Easy to open. all the discs in perfect condition.

very happy with dvd of matlock.only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because i have to put the sound up a little more to hear it well but find i have to do that with some others as well . apart from that , happy with purchase
