I’m a 3XL. I weigh 250 with a 44DDD bust size. The rib band is very comfortable and the cups are Ok too. If you’re looking for comfort, I would do the 3XL.

I wear my bra under clothes all the time and I very pleased with the look. And it's also very comfortable. Good luck.
