Why did you pick this product vs others?:These worked perfect for my girls, they definitely relieved their cramps. And was easy for them to operate on their own. Easily the charge.Pain relief:When they were needed it was the first thing they ran for her instead of medication. Which is a big thing. Only use medication when neededBattery life:Battery lasted quite a long time and hard to describe exactly how long but long enough the girls didn't complain. And was recharged quickly and ready for the next use.

I've been having back pain and shoulder pain lately and although this says for painful menses, I decided to give it a try for other ailments. The traditional hot water bottle was just not doing it and it's awkward and hard to use and hard to take with you for travel. I love the convenience of this due to its portability. I can see using this during my travels, because it's easy to pack and easy to use. You can use it under your jacket and no one will know you are having heat treatment. Bonus that it also massages. You can use it with heat or by itself. The #1 setting for heat is warm enough for me to loosen the tight muscle on my shoulder. I've tried it with the massage setting as well which helps with the tightness of the muscle. It is hard to massage your own back. I have to frequently go to get massages which rack up bill. This device is what I was looking for and it works for the issue I need. The felt is soft and the actual device is not heavy nor bulky and the belt is quite adjustable.

Oh, how I wish I had one of these back when I had horrible menstrual cramps! This portable heating pad is a nice size; could be a *bit* bigger, but seems perfect for a tween/teen/smaller adult. The vibrating "massage" options are a lovely addition & adds to the comforting feeling that you want when you're using a heating pad for cramps. The 3 heat settings are good: not too hot, but warm enough to get the job done.But, oh, the *PORTABILITY*!! The clasp works well & hasn't popped off at all during wear, and it's adjustable enough to even accommodate my voluptuous curves, as well as tightens enough for an average tween. It works equally well on the stomach & abdomen as it does on the lower back. I love how it stays against your body without having to lean against a pillow, etc & being able to walk around due to the cordless/rechargeablenature of the design is GENIUS.That said, the only reason I bumped it down to 4 stars is that the heating pad does NOT WORK WHILE CHARGING. This is a MAJOR oversight in my opinion, and I hope the manufacturer adds this feature in future updates - it's really the only thing keeping it from being a perfect product!In addition to its intended use, we've also had good luck using it as a hand warmer while outside in the cold, and I even strapped it to my friend's son under his sweatshirt while we were out trick or treating & it got unexpectedly cold; it helped warm him up enough to keep walking around with the rest of our crew! My own kid has a preference for pullover-style hoodies, and this works SO WELL in the kangaroo pocket for helping to keep her hands warm - much better than the rechargeable hand warmers do! She also had some pain in her calf & decided to use it on that & said it worked very well.I can't recommend this enough (so long as you're cool with the fact that it doesn't function during charging)! I'm considering getting a 2nd one, if only to have one to use specifically as a handwarmer! 😄

This thing is super tiny let me just say that first ... It work great but it isn't what I expected lol. Looks like a eye mask you sleep in ... However the heat setting definitely get hot to extremely hot no question about it... I love the vibration settings as well the quality of the device and the band is great. Very durable. Great value Much more that the price I paid unless you talking the fact of how small it is. To clean it I would handwash with a damp cloth do not soak item. It really help me with my cramps, I used it soon as I got it. Battery is average. Needs to be charged same as a phone.

I purchased this for my daughter for her cycle so we wouldn't have to keep getting the disposable heating pads. The heat settings are very comfortable and it does relieve the pain. It has a long battery life lasting a few days. It is a bigger than what she's used to but it does help her. Its her favorite color and it works well.

This works very well. Really helps my daughter with menstrual pains. Chargeable and easily portable.

LOVE THE WIRELESS RECHARGEABLE FEATURE!!! let's me travel in comfort. The heat gets hotter than i thought it would definitely awesome! The massager is REALLY cool too!!!Stays on a decent amount of time, before auto shut off, battery seems to last a while, AND most importantly, it gets hot enough to handle the INSANELY PAINFUL cramps, that I get. PLUS I can wear it over clothes, so i can go about my business. A little too bulky to wear under jeans, unless they stretch a full size.. otherwise perfect under sweats and other big/loose clothes.Will update in a week or two or next month to see if it holds up!

This is hard plastic- so not at all comfortable. Also never heated up very much. More like a warm setting
