Super low build quality
Circuit board is "secured" by 4 screws into plastic standoffs in the bottom of the box. 3 of the 4 didn't survive shipping. And the hot glue the the tried to secure the giant capacitor with didn't make it either. Toyed around with "fixing" the packaging but then decided to return it. Only return it cost my 1000MXN (17:1USD at the moment) and all they will refund is $20 shipping. So, they will never get another order from me for anything since I lost $38 to send back their defective product.

Dead on arrival
This soft starter is simply a poor manufacturing job. Mine arrived dead on arrival. Spend the extra money and get one of the soft starters that is "resin-filled" so that nothing shakes loose over time.

Low Quality
I installed this product on our dometic ac mid Nov. It is now mid May after 1 camping trip our compressor would not start anymore. Switch back to factory wiring and it started right up so the soft start is defective. I never felt as though it was quality from the sounds the ac made from the get go. Will not buy again.

Disappoint
I bought an ENDMAN soft starter for Dometic A/c I think it was used because the yellow wire was only 6 in long and brown and red wires at least 2 or 3 inches short to reach to compressor . For that reason the unit won’t fit in the space ther is . No support
