I am a singer in a band, so, i count of having lyrics throughout the shows. Also, i use in ear monitors and have to program my own mixes as we’re doing sound check.This cell phone mount is awesome. It comes with two silicon sizes grippers, in case your mic stand is smaller, it will still firmly grip the pole without it sliding down. The additional silicon pieces aren’t necessary for wider mid stands. Anyhow, ive used it for three weeks so far and it works very well. Iys a must have for musicians and singers.

Durable, simple to use and adjustable.

Overall, it's a compact little unit that does what I want it to. The one thing I'm not impressed by, is the clamp that holds the unit onto the vertical post of the mic stand. It's a little shaky (wobbly). I COULD try tightening the clamp some more but it's plastic and I don't know how much that plastic can take. I am, however, impressed by the clamping mechanism that holds the phone. I don't think my phone would ever work it's way out of there. To be clear, the 'shaky' clamp that holds the unit to the mic stand may wobble a bit, but it has not moved or slid down at all since I clamped it on. It is NOT going to suddenly fall to the floor. If I COULD, I'd give it 3.5 stars. But since I can't, I'm giving it the 4 star rating, because 1)-it absolutely does what it's supposed to 2)-the phone clamp is very good 3)-it sells for a very reasonable price.

obviously not as nice as those expensive ones at Guitar Center but you get what you pay for. For what it’s designed to do, this stand works perfectly.

Perfect product for my needs. Our family likes to do Karaoke at Christmastime. We needed something dependable to hold a phone as it displayed words to the songs. This was perfect! No slipping; the phone fit perfectly into the holder.

Easy to use and helps me keep track of my song sheets from iPhone.
