Many years of messing with these dang things, gotta tell ya, 9V power supplies are not created equal at all! Some 9V adapters are very unequal in fact; but this model really performs a cut above! Very sturdy construction, buffered power line, upgraded connectors and wire gauge, these features alone all speaks of being designed for Pros, but in addition, this is a 9V 1.5 Amp adapter, gotta call it heavy/duty, and my gosh, for only $10 bucks, makes many of the other offerings seem behind the curve! And, the big AND, NO Noise, as in "quiet", that really is the feature that makes it a "Great Buy" In my Humble Opinion! Play On My Brothers!

So far, it's been a great power supply. Low noise, and gets the job done.

Introduced so much noise with distortion pedal. Went with an isolated power supply which corrected the problem. Save your money and buy isolated power supplies.

It works ok, but it is only rated for 500 mA not 1500.
