I use this prpoduct all over my face in the spring/summer/fall. It makes me look tan, without the look of other bronzers. This is hands down the msot amazing product ever. Borchbox does not carry any longer and I'm thankful to have found it on Amazon!!!

love works great for lip and cheeks

I got this item through Birchbox this month and was happy to see a full sized product. This balm is 100% natural and is coconut oil based and is for use on the cheeks, lips, chest/ neck area and "even eyes". I tried it on one cheek and after two applications I really couldn't tell it was on. It is a bit oily (you can see some oil around the product but it's not dripping everywhere or anything like that). On the skin, it dries to a kind of soft, tacky finish. There was a bit of a healthy glow, but not much blush. It could be because I already have color in my cheeks, but I'm fair to med. skin tone and it just doesn't show up very well. I could try three swipes next time, and see if that helps. I tried it on my eyes and didn't like the color on my lids. It didn't do anything for my brown eyes because the bronze has a lot of red in it, but maybe would be good as an eyeshadow base. But, when I tried it on my lips, I thought "perfection". This is such a pretty shade as a lip balm. It is very moisturizing. And, while the color will wear off, the moisturizing effects have lasted all day for me. It's so natural looking but not too sheer, and not too dark or light. I've actually been looking for a color like this that you can wear with or without makeup and don't need lipliner with. I was amazed at how pretty it is. It will take me forever to use it only using it on my lips. I'm going to take this in my makeup bag with me everywhere I go. Since it is oil based, I wouldn't leave it in the heat.
