Great value and works well
Just received the main generator the other day. The solar panels came separately. Immediately charged it up both the generator and the spare battery have not used the solar panels yet. Luckily we don’t have a need for it at this time but just want to be prepared. The only thing that was challenging was we were under the assumption that both the generator and the solar panels were coming in the same shipment so when only the panels arrived and not the generator, we of course were concerned because this was a huge expense. EcoFlow and Amazon were very kind and understood our concern. It just threw us off that it appeared. They were both coming at the same time And they didn’t. They actually came about a week apart. But the generator is excellent well-made easy to charge. Easy to maintain.

Excited to try it out! Easy to move even at 100lbs!
Looks very well made and arrived safely. There was some damage to the box during transit but the unit appears unscathed and unmarked. Haven't charged it or tried it out yet, it's heavy but easy to move with the retractable handle and wheels.Everything is larger than you would think by lookking at the photos

Good Home Backup Solution
Bought the EcoFlow Delta Pro & 400W Solar Panel bundle to use for power outages and backing up two refrigerators, and it's working great. With it's pass-thru & fail-over feature, you can leave devices/appliances plugged in all the time, and it will switch over to the battery power automatically & quickly anytime the power goes out. No more worrying about food spoilage during a power outage, and it's cheaper than whole-home battery backup systems. The EcoFlow smartphone app has many useful features and lets you monitor & control the device remotely. The solar panels work well too to recharge the Delta Pro. The only real downsides are that both the Delta Pro and the 400W solar panels are heavy, so portability can be limited, the angle of the solar panels cannot be adjusted easily with the case that acts as a stand, and the included carabiners used to mount the solar panels to the case stand don't hold up well, but EcoFlow support has been great by quickly sending me a whole new set of carabiners.

What you get
Fast shipping, I used a P.O Box for whatever reason they don't write the PO Box number down, fortunately my post office is Boss. The 400w panel produces 240-260 watts seems pretty low considering I was angling it directly at Sun. The cords on the panels are short and they don't really design a way to store them safely other then cardboard tubes. That being said the panels seem well made but for a $1000+ per panel could better in design. The Pro battery is very well built but still only has one input outlet for solar, I am a little disappointed by that. The adaptor cords honestly seem more likely rated for the 220 watt as I got a second 400w panel in series connected and was only pulling 300 watts. The pro comes with handle, and I bought the protective case for it. Over all I wanted something adaptable, powerful, and durable. In order, 4 stars, 3 stars, and 4 stars. It is handy and can be a life saver in critical situations, but is it the premium unit that covers all your luxury hopes and desires? No...I rate it highly simple because there is little else out there to compare to at the moment. I like the vision of eccoflow, and the diversity they hope to bring for offgrid living. They just haven't got there yet in my humble opinion.

This portable solar generatorcan handle up to 3,600 Watts with great options for expandability!
Overall this is a really great product. I dislike that the fan engages when you draw over 70 watts. The fan isn't loud but it isn't very silent either. I used it to power my laptop system as a test for work to set appointments. The customers complained about the background noise when the fan kicked on while I was setting appointments. The unit weighs 98 lbs. which is heavy but manageable for me to pickup. It moves around nicely on its wheel base. I plan to store the unit long term for emergency. I reallllly dislike having to charge the unit every 90 days as recommended. I love this EcoFlowDeltaPro3600 with 400W solar panel system for everything else that it can do. I love that I can power an 1800 induction cooker. I love the expandability options. For a ready to go system, it is a great price for its portability, storage, ease of use, ability to power up to 3,600Watts, and expandability. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for portability and all the other features.

Great backup power source
Awesome product works as intended. Very sturdy and a comes with a handy handle to wheel around for portability. Holds a good amount of stored power with indicators to show power consumption calculates battery depletion time based on wattage being drawn from the unit.

NO. Not a good investment for close to $14,000 to setup
Purchased 2 additional batteries and four panels. Many other add-ons and accessories. I've had it six months. The panels must be adjusted as the sun moves or you get about 20% of what the max is...So every hour or two you move EACH PANEL to get around 60%. The batteries weigh around 100 lbs and I could be wrong but the panels are bulky and weigh around 40 lbs. So for any maintenance it gets fairly heavy. My main battery had a crackling sound and it stopped working. It also had a burning smell. I called for information and this is a huge issue. YOU are required to rebox this 100 lb thing. We get this for off grid. I'm 50 miles from the nearest Home Depot. The entire process according to the rep is 15 days and that's after two or three days waiting to know what to do and then the time it takes to rebox and have it picked up or take it to FedEx. I was offered a reconditioned unit which is not a good idea because it could have had 2900 cycles of the 3600. A three to four week process is unreasonable to repair and not have electric. I suggested they send me the refurbished one and I use that box to send mind back and when they repair it send it back and I box theirs up and send it back. As it stands now I have zero use of ANY of the $14k products except maybe an end table. Disappointed is not the word. devastated thinking this was a viable answer...

Read the instructions as this is a powerful but excellent lithium power station
I only have a 30 ampService in the park. I can plug in my microwave and another device into this unit that of which both use a total 15 amps. I charge the unit at 3.5 amps 24/7. The key is we use the microwave and another device only as needed during the day.

It's works! But
The Ecflow Pro works great, we took it for our first test. We use the 30 amp plug right into our trailer and it ran every thing fine. But the 400 Watt portable solar panel need to be set up perfectly at the sun for it to get 250 to 320 watts. I noticed as soon as it gets cloudy just a little bit it shoots down to zero. It needs full sun for it to charge. I wonder if it was still charging a little bit? Just the app wasn't picking it up. Never ran out of power. I'm going to end up buying four more 100 watt panels from Coleman or something and wire them together to give me 800 watts. And see how that works. We ran it down to about 60% and with the solar panel on a great day it took about 6 hours to fully charge. I do recommend this product best on the market so far.

Doesn't hold the charge like they claim, support goes unanswered
This unit is not holding the ajmount of charge as they claim. I have done a few tests with lack luster results just running a 5 foot freezer. Email support goes unanswered about the lack of power this is supposed to hold

Best on the market
This combo is excellent for the weekend camper. The unit will run everything you would need for a comfortable camping trip for up to 4 days (couple kureg a day and TV in the evenings) just on the battery generator itselfCouple with the solar panel you can go a lot longer. Great unit!

Good product
I got 2 delta pros and 2 400w solar panels and 2 delta mini , all good but it will be really nice like the delta mini to have Bluetooth connection , if you go camping, there is no way you can change the input charging or any other things from phone very disappointed about his future . The rest it’s all nice
