Q: How long do the bottle stay cold for? I am planning to take it on a plane

8+ hours. I use this for while I’m at work and on my longer days I have the ice pack out for 9ish hours and it’s still quite cold.

Q: Is this bag tall enough to fit plastic water bottles? like, dasani or ice mountain size.

I believe it only fits 6oz bottles standing

Q: I cannot get the top to the ice pack to unscrew. I have tried pliers and hot water. It’s not budging. Any suggestions?
