Sturdy. It’s hard for my child to open, I removed one of the rubber silicone pieces over the large container section and he was able to open it with ease. Hoping this container will last us the whole school year.

We’ve used this product every day of the week for a little under a year now and it’s been the best. We got it when was son was 2.5, he’s now 3.5 and it’s easy for him to used and is not heavy. The portion sizes are great and nothing ever spills. The tab did come off one time but it pops right back in and works just fine. I’d deff recommend this to anyone especially if you have younger children.

The box is nice but the compartments seem a smaller than expected. The container is also difficult for my 2.5 year old to open. I’m going to wait till she is a little older to start having her use it.

This is an unsafe product. While it may seem like a perfect sized bento box with a stainless case, the lid is far from perfect. The lid is not a single piece. There is an attached piece, except it's not fully sealed. There are lines of gaps as I have captured in the video. Water gets inside. This could also mean that the soap water could get collected inside when you clean the lid. And you won't realize until you pack the box with food. You'll notice water leaking inside the bento compartments. It took me a while to root cause where the water was leaking from. Unfortunately even after paying so much, you end up with such a broken product. I doubt it's an isolated case since the design itself has 2 pieces of plastic attached in the lid. Please don't buy and risk polluting your food with the soap water or even if not just water that starts dripping upon closing the case. The stainless steel bento case itself is a good one and the fact that it's detachable and thrown into a dishwasher makes it convenient. If only the lid was equally good!

My daughter used this lunchbox at daycare starting at 18m old and used it until she was 4. The last bit of using this lunchbox we did need to pack some extra things in the bag because she was still hungry but this lunchbox is fantastic quality, easy to open, and leak proof. We were very happy with it.

These are not great, not terrible either though. Water gets stuck in the lid so they are very hard to wash. I love that the stainless steal insert comes out but you have pry the lid apart every wash. The lid is not supposed to come apart so the constant pulling apart is making it wear out quickly. My doughy can open it on her own and they are very cute. Overall I would say 2.5-3 at best.

In order to avoid mold, You have to remove the inside lid, I used a butter knife. It maybe tedious to pull it apart to clean & wash it, to prevent mold. My daughter says her food isn’t warm by the time it’s lunch at school though. Even when I freshly air fry food that’s hot, hoping it’d at-least stay warm enough by the time she eats it. I will have to test it myself too. Overall, I’d give it a 4.0 star review.

The size & weight was perfect for my kindergartener. Not only that, but it was easy to open & easy to clean! Love that it’s stainless steel & not plastic inside, which is a main reason for buying. The hot food stays warm by lunch time. The value for the product is great! I had the bentago box & omnie box but they were both either too big or heavy & I'm so glad I got this one instead. It only has 3 slots for food but that’s enough & the portions in it are great! Worth buying!
