Useful pictures, book is full of great ideas and tips. Overall a great book, only downside ....if you can call it that is, there wasn't many reviews on tumbling composters or even a mention of hot bins ...which are supposed to make compost more swiftly.

So Ive been following Kate on her insta page for a few years now, watched her make compost like a pro, before that I could never get the right balance for my worm farms and compost and now Ive been producing my own compost and fertiliser for both my garden flowers and veggies and the difference it makes on the structure of the soil is incredible. Its real money saving and can be made from organic materials and waste from your own household and garden! I highly recommend her book for hobby gardeners like me who wants to start and make their compost at home. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful and her book is my go to for what remedy to do/use when your compost/worm farm needs it.

Kate Flood has created a book full of tools on how to approach a compost solution for all of us. She delivers her information with beautiful photos, diagrams and algorithms. The format makes the reading feel more like an adventure and designed in a way that my kids can enjoy as well. Kate’s instructions are thorough and attainable. This book is #1 for this soil nerd!
