It's an amazing pair of shoes for heavy weightlifting - especially for Squat and Deadlift. These shoes fix your legs on the ground and provide enough support to your body to lift weights. My legs didn't move an inch even when I was doing biceps with the zig-zag bar with heavy weights. Worth purchase if you are into heavy weightlifting/body building.
