Great measuring tool,
Alway use lots of lube, I straightend the bent end a bit, because of the position I can get into for insertion, (lots of lube handles the marking increments very well) didn't feel them at all, got up to 20cm, knocking on my blatter's door, lol, this is a tool, not a toy, to me, I am preparing myself for catheters, because this time in life is not that far away...

Not stainless steel!
While this appears to be a quality product for the price, as others have noted some of the embossed graduations do have rather sharp edges for a very sensitive area. The coude (curved) tip was a little to much so I decided to straighten it out some. Stainless steel is fairly tough and I expected some difficulty. It bent very easily. To smooth the sharp edges I used a multi tool to lightly sand down the embossed area. Low and behold when the thin chrome flashing came off the base material is a nice golden brass, not "quality stainless steel" as advertised. For me this is no big deal. It polished up nicely. Nice and smooth and feels great.

Got it and introduced it to a number of visiting pals. Yep, we all took turns with the insertions, and it was the hit of the party. You're into soundings? GO FOR THIS ONE.
