Feathers so Vicious: A Dark Fantasy Romance: 1 (Court of Ravens)

I loved this book from the start. Our main FC slowly comes into her own in a patriarchal society humans and ravens at war with each other and her sent off to marry a prince she has never met, she is kidnapped by the prince of ravens and abandoned by her family. I don’t want to spoil anymore of the book but it is an emotional rollercoaster that you just can’t put down, I’m going to start the next book as soon as I can because that was one hell of a cliffhanger. I bed the first book in this series and I would definitely recommend it, it’s well written with a good back story definitely for adults because of the trauma and the adult scenes but it adds so much to the story. Love Liv and her amazing imagination .

This book is certainly dark. In places I found the brutal scenes of abject sexual humiliation and degradation hard to read. There are no soft, comfortable parts to this story and through much of it I was wincing at the graphic descriptions of torture, revenge and betrayal.A minor annoyance was a few typos and odd, sometimes jerky writing style but overall a gripping page turner with jaw drop cliff-hanger ending.Onto book 2..

This book is dark and provocative. It is sensual and compelling. It really makes you scared but also want to continue reading. The story has so many facets but I could not put it down.Truly a book to read, dark and strong themes but it is worth reading.

I absolutely loved this book! It took me a few chapters to get into it properly, but once I did oh boy was I hooked!! I refused to acknowledge my husband, kids and the dog until I'd finished the book. Plenty of spice 🥵😍🔥. And a great story line. Everyone should read this book!

I really loved the story and the characters.

I would recommend this book to anybody who wants to feel horny from when they start reading until they finish. More than once I shouted things like "Oh Jesus!" out of shock and that is a sign of some good writing skills!As well as the shocking, hot scenes I really enjoyed delving into the psychology of the characters and I felt the dark, difficult parts were well-written and added a believable depth to the characters.I read this over just a few evenings as I didn't want to stop. That is my favourite kind of book and I cannot wait to read part 2!

This book was a surprise for me, it is my first book by this author. And I LOVED it! It is dark, has lots of action and romance. You just want to keep on reading. Go ahead and read it yourself.
