Keeps things moving
This is way easier to swallow than psyllium husk powder mixed in water for me. I used to dread it so much that I’d just not do it and go without. This is more expensive per serving but worth it to me, and works just as well as the powder.

These are equivalent to brand name Psyllium Husk fiber capsules
Note that this bottle is a 8-day supply when using the recommended directions. That's 20 capsules per day for 8 days = 160 capsules. I can't call this a good value when it is supposed to only last 8 days. Personally I buy the bulk powder containers and they last a very long time. There's not much to say about these. They appear to be the real deal. They smell exactly like the other name brands. The taste is irrelevant because you are supposed to just swallow them whole. I will be sticking to the bulk powder.

THERE ARE CANCEROUS TOXINS IN THIS PRODUCT
I've been taking this for years and just noticed on the back in tiny letters there is a warning that this product contains cancer causing toxins!!!
