Was pretty happy with the cart itself but one of the drawers came completely broken. Amazon doesn't offer customer support for this item so I contacted Giantex directly. After I emailed Giantex support they directed me to a second email specifically for Amazon orders, and after a couple back and forth messages with the second email they told me they can't help with Amazon orders and to contact the first email again! Guess I'm going to have to disassemble and return the entire cart due to one broken drawer since I can't get a replacement. Save your money and buy a cart like this in person where you can just return the whole thing if a part is broken.
