Convenient compared to regular capsules
I've been using these vitamin B12 tablets and have found them quite satisfactory. They're incredibly easy to take, dissolving rapidly under the tongue. This is a feature I particularly appreciate, as it's a departure from the usual tablet-swallowing method. The taste is neutral, not unpleasant, and without any lingering aftertaste, which is a relief compared to some other vitamin supplements. The fact that these tablets are vegan is a significant plus for me. It's reassuring to know I can maintain my vitamin B12 levels without relying on animal by-products. This is especially important as a vegetarian, where B12 can sometimes be a concern. One thing I've noted is that these tablets are on the pricier side, but considering their ease of use and the vegan formulation, I find the cost justifiable. The packaging is compact, which is a thoughtful approach to reducing unnecessary plastic use. Each bottle contains a 60-day supply, which is convenient and ensures I don't have to replenish too frequently.Overall, these vitamin B12 tablets are a valuable part of my daily routine, contributing positively to my energy levels and general wellbeing.

Pretty much tasteless with perhaps a very slight hint of lemon.
Sixty fast acting tablets in a plastic push-cap container. At £9.89 at the time of review I consider these to be quite expensive. The marketing blurb states that these are designed to dissolve under the tongue or can be taken with water but this information is nowhere to be found on the outside of the bottle itself which just has the usual ‘take with food and a glass of water’ instructions on the side. It’s only when you un-peel the instruction label that this information can be found hidden away underneath. So if I hadn’t read the entire description on Amazon beforehand I’d have had no idea that just popping them under my tongue was even an option. I’d therefore recommend that the manufacturers put this information on the outside of the bottle to prevent any confusion. Not wanting to risk throwing up and because these tablet are very small I was initially tempted to just go with the tried and tested route of taking one with a glass of water, but then the Dunkirk spirit kicked in and with immense courage and bravery I resolved to man up and actually try one under my tongue. And so with tongue planted firmly in cheek I bravely planted the tablet firmly under my tongue and…..…… It totally worked. The tablet dissolved within about fifteen seconds and was pretty much tasteless with perhaps a very slight hint of lemon. Well done.So if you don’t like taking tablets and gag at the prospect or have to crush them into a drink to get them to stay down then the premium price for these will probably be worth it to you. If however you have no problem swallowing tablets anyway then there are cheaper options/equivalents out there.Likey

Pleasant tasting and easy to take
It’s so nice to take something I don’t have to swallow, they just dissolve under the tongue in moments, and the neutral taste is pleasant.I took this because I felt my energy levels were low, but I feel that things are changing and I’m feeling more energised, I will admit that I’m also taking some other supplements as part of my plan, but B12 is a key part of that.I really like that they are vegan, as well as the means of taking them.

Vege, easy to swallow, large dose
I got these following a blood test showing red cell changes that are most commonly attributed to lack of vitamin B12, the logic being that by the time I got to see the GP for the follow up I'd already have started the most common course of action they are likely to recommend. As a vegetarian they appealed for obvious reasons. They are small and easy to swallow without a drink, they just go straight down. I had taken them for a few days before I read the blurb and realised they can be dissolved under the tongue! To ensure a comprehensive review I duly placed one under my tongue and found it dissolved almost instantaneously and with no unpleasant after taste, the taste was, if anything slightly citrus. The tablets provide 41 times the RDA of B12. Given not all will be absorbed due to various factors it's prudent to take a lot more than you need if, like Vit B12, excess doses are not harmful.Obviously only a full blood test will confirm changes in B12 levels, but general fatigue should noticeably improve if they're working. I will report back any changes in blood and energy levels after taking the two month supply.

Expensive, not really sublingual.
You need to scroll down to the 'Important information' to find the ingredients list. It would be better if there was also a photo of the ingredients label on the bottle. In case it matters to you, you might wish to know that these B12 tablets claim to be a combination of Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin and Cyanocobalimin. These tiny white tablets are, in my opinion, too fast dissolving to be entering the blood stream directly as claimed. Put one under the tongue and it's vanished within seconds, which suggests that it's dissolved into your saliva and therefore swallowed down into your stomach. Other sublingual B12 tablets I've had take much longer to dissolve, and therefore more likely to be entering the blood stream directly. I'm not an expert on this though! For a lowish dose B12, I consider these to be expensive at £9.89 for sixty tablets.Do they work to effectively boost your B12 level? That I can't know without first having done at least a B12 serum test and then re-testing when I've been taking the tablets for a suitable length of time.
