Wrong size needle sent to me.
The product is of good quality however I was sent the wrong size needle and can not use this size on the machine. I am trying to get a exchange as I ordered a size 14 not a 18, they look good value for money and I hope to get the matter resolved. I received the right size needles today and I very happy with the product.
