I think it is too sweet because it is a honey, nothing like nutella or any other nut spread. It is useless in cake making, you can't fill cakes with it because it is more liquid.If you mix honey with a small amount of nutella you will end up with this....

Consume one fullspoon each morning on an empty stomach in order to fully benefit from its healing properties. Store at room temperature. Honey may naturally crystallise. If this happen, put jar standing in lukewarm water, stirring gently until it regains its natural texture. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
