These really help with my sleep but they are very large to swallow. You do get used to it, though. I take two at bedtime.

Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium is one of the very important minerals our body needs. Lack of this mineral can expose your body to some health issues like sleeping disorders and uncontrollable blood pressure. This “Magnesium Glycinate 250mg - 100% Chelated for Max Absorption, Magnesium Capsules for Bone, Muscle & Heart Health Support, Nature's Magnesium Supplement, Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO - 120 Capsules” has magnesium in the form of glycinate. This supplement will help you attain the level of magnesium your body needs. Each capsule has 125 mg of Magnesium Glycinate. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 2 capsules per day which means you are supplementing 250 mg of Magnesium. Note that for an adult male, the US RDA value is 420 mg (320 mg for an adult female). The bottle contents are protected by a plastic wrap around the bottle’s cap. It is easy to open the bottle so be careful to lock it out if you have a child at home. The capsules are easy to swallow but I still take it with water during meals. The capsules are made of cellulose which is vegan-friendly, manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and 3rd-party tested. Note that the formulation includes silica and stearate so if you are allergic or tried to stay away from those then this is not the supplement for you.

Este es uno de los mejores suplementos de magnesio que he probado. Al ser glicinato, se absorbe muy bien y no me causa molestias estomacales como otros tipos. Me ha ayudado con los calambres, el sueño y a sentirme con más energía durante el día. Además, es libre de gluten y no transgénico, lo cual valoro mucho. Muy buena calidad y totalmente recomendable.

Helps me fall asleep
I've noticed a difference in taking this to help me fall asleep. I take two pills at night before bedtime and I feel sleepy soon after that.
