Excellent condition. Amazing price, fast shipping, and excellent seller. These laptops run just as new yet are so reasonable in price.

The laptop arrived with a defective display (there were visible discolorations all over the screen). When I put in a request to refund it, I was told I had to ship it using UPS and could not go through the usual Amazon channels, costing me $30. When the laptop arrived they only issued me a partial refund which goes explicitly against their written policy that defective products should receive a full refund. I am very unhappy with the service and would strongly recommend going with a different seller.

I love it that it’s a touch screen and also you can use the cursor

This laptop would get really hot and had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen I returned it to my local Whole foods on October 10th and have still not received my refund as of now on Nov 14th. The item Arrived to Las Vegas on Oct 14th and have not heard anything since.

Good. Functioning well. TouchPad sometimes gets stuck at one corner, but since I use a bt mouse, this is minor.

A pesar de haber actualizado todo lo requerido, necesario y obligatorio, se reinicia sola por lo menos 2 veces al dia y a veces el botón de encendido no responde. Se sobre calienta demasiado Se apaga sola cuando muevo la pantalla para ajustar mi vista

Compré dos Dell Latittude refrubished. Es la primera vez en mis compras de refurbished que tengo problemas con una máquina (en este caso dos.) En la primera habíia un problema crítico con el motherboard. En la segunda, hubo errores frecuentes de software, pantallas azules y frecuentes actualizaciones no deseadas que borraban todo. Es una lástima porque es una marca maravillosa pero si me hizo perder mucho tiempo, información y encanto por Dell.
