Absolutely solid piece of kit, has cleaned my set up so much and made everything very functional, the arms work very well and are easily adjustable. Also setting them up was very easy I couldn’t recommend them more.

Don’t normally write reviews but this product is 10/10 got this for use at work after I had pains in my neck from looking down at the screen and laptop within two days the pain was gone. Easy to assemble and the build quality is very good only thing I would change is the supports at bottom of laptop could be better. The man at the desk beside me spent over £100 on his and in my opinion it’s not as good as this as it’s springs are more bouncy considering I only paid £48 for this it’s a no brainier in terms of quality and value for money. 2nd one ordered now for home office.

My son has been issued with a work laptop, which he uses in conjunction with a separate 24" monitor. I needed something to get these items off the desk surface to make room for other things. This monitor arm is very sturdy, which a large clamp for fixing to the rear edge of the desk. (It also has a through-desk mounting option with all the necessary parts supplied.) Assembly was easy, using the several different sized supplied Allen keys and the laptop tray is easily adjustable to securely hold the laptop in the required position/angle. The positions of the side "clips" that secure the laptop are adjustable to clear the various ports at the sides of the laptop. My only gripe (hence one star deducted) is that the clips are fairly thick and as they are placed close to the laptop's screen hinge, they prevent the laptop being fully closed when mounted. Adjusting the arms to the correct positions is easy, and they can be locked in position if required. I did find that the arm tension was slightly too high - even on the weakest (adjustable) setting, the arms tended to want to rise - a wider tension adjustment range would be useful. Cable management - the arms include channels that cables can be clipped into for a neat installation, and some clips are supplied that fit onto the main vertical pole to further tidy things. Overall, pretty pleased with this - it has certainly freed up a load of space.

btw just wanna clarify i am an actual customer this is not a fake review . its great the Hight adjustment was tricky at first because its spring loaded however if you place your laptop or monitor in the stand first then you can change the Hight and angle easily because of the weight of the device.

The hight is not adjustable. Not like the video, you can force it lower and then it springs back up to the highest setting even after fully loosening or tightening it.

I have this hooked to the armrest of a mission style recliner which serves as my office chair, and it works great. Had a different brand (single arm) I bought in 2020 which broke after 5 years. While I was happy with the old one, the NB North Bayou Dual Arm 2 in 1 is better in every way, from build quality, clamp quality and much better positioning of my laptop while I work. PRO - Heavy duty, the box was so heavy I was concerned it was too much, but it wasn't PRO - Simple, effective design, it just works PRO - Includes all the hardware, screws and tools required to assemble PRO - Cord management, cords are secure and out of the way but with the play needed when moving the laptop or monitor PRO - Assembly is intuitive and easy, though when you open the box and see all the parts you may initially feel otherwise PRO - The NB North Bayou Dual Arm 2 in 1 mount is extremely well packaged, open the box, everything is wrapped in plastic and has its own space in the protective packaging. Smaller or more fragile items (the plastic slider brackets which hold the sides of the laptop to keep it from moving are the only potentially fragile parts, but they are tucked out of harms way) CON - The assembly manual is very basic and poorly written but has good illustrations for both the parts list and assembly, it's all you need because it's a simple process which took me about 30 minutes, even with limited written instructions. CON - The threaded holes to mount the laptop stand to the swing arm are initially hard to get the mounting screws through. I was able to use the included screws and a mini ratchet wrench I have to get the screws started and then tightened and loosened the screws which made it easier to get them started when mounting the laptop stand. I'm very happy with this, it's very solidly built and provides a stable base for my laptop and the 27" monitor I added to my system as I track and research investments.

Great product and good value for money

Works greatly, easy to install, looks nice. I didn't have any problems setting up the placement of the laptop and the monitor.
