Read before buying!
Cons:First, note that the product description states very plainly that there is "no drain assembly included!!!" I did not notice this part when I purchased the item. I read MANY other parts of the page and product description, but somehow failed to notice that detail. When I realized I needed to purchase this separately, I looked back to the very same page where I had purchased my item to prove that "I'd been had and that they owed me a drain assembly"... and I realized that it was emblazened directly under "About this item." I had to buy them separately, increasing the cost of my bathroom remodel, some. For whatever reason that the drain assembly is not included, just be aware of what you are getting. This wasn't a pleasant surprise, even if it was my own fault for not reading clearly.Second, note the comments on hard water. Do not purchase if you have very hard water. At best, it will make your faucet look ugly. At worst, it will destroy it. Just don't do it! We have typical city water at my house, and after the first two months, the faucets still look great. We wipe them down to get the water marks off, but that just goes along with typical bathroom cleaning.Pros:Easy installation - I installed two of this product (antique bronze) with reasonable ease on my double vanity in the bathroom. I did not have any difficulty (as others have described) with tightening the bracket underneath. It is awkward trying to do this from inside a small vanity, but that same thing would be said for any faucet. All the fittings went together just fine, and I had no leaking.Great look - We love the waterfall faucet look, and the cost for this item was considerably cheaper than alternatives.Quality feel of operation - The feel of using this product is outstanding. This was an upgrade from the standard polished chrome bathroom faucet, and the weight of this product gives it such a nice feel when I turn it on and off.Good flow - The stream coming out of the faucet is not as strong as it was out of the old one. I think that just has to do with how it falls off instead of flowing under more pressure through a smaller orifice. However, I have no complaints about the stream. It does not splash or get me wet, as other reviewers have complained (I made zero adjustments to the inlet valve). It also is strong enough for anything I need to do. I have had no issues with it being a weak stream as others have complained about. It's just not as highly pressurized as the old faucet, but that's fine. Perhaps the individuals with the weak stream have some blockage inside the faucet? Nothing wrong with the product.

Nice looking replacement. Easy to install.
This is the first time I've ever undertaken something like this. I replaced a 3 hole run of the mill, "builders choice" Delta with this faucet. It took me twice as long (and a YouTube video) to figure out how to remove the old faucet than it did to put this one in. Beforehand, I was worried I would have to expand the center hole but that was not the case. Seriously.. Put the o ring around the base, hand tighten the cold and hot lines into the faucet, hand tighten the securing bolt into the faucet, set the cover plate down, insert your faucet (with lines and bolt attached) through the hole, go under the sink and put the brackets (platic first and then metal)on to the bottom of the securing bolt and tighten the nut to hold the faucet in place. Unscrew your old lines from the water valves and replace with your new lines. Adjust valves to reduce/eliminate noise from water. Voila! The faucet looks very nice and seems solid. I will certainly buy another to replace the second faucet in that bathroom now that I know it works and looks great.Update - I've replaced all 5 bathroom faucets in my house with these. They have worked great. Two of the five were a real pain to get adjusted to the right level to help eliminate noise and when they are/were close to fully open they will literally shoot water out of the sink the flow is so strong. My point is they all seem to be slightly different. The two newest ones I got didn't need any adjusting at the valve. and the noise is extremely minimal (no more than the old faucets), and they don't spray everywhere even with a very healthy flow. The bonus is that it's almost like getting a new instant water heater. With so much water coming through the faucet the water gets hot in less than a minute as compared to like 2.5 minutes with the old faucets. I had to buy longer hoses for 2 of the 5 faucets because the included hoses were not quite long enough. Frustrating but not a huge deal. Other than that, I'm still very happy with these. Next up is the kitchen faucet so we'll see how that goes.

Love the look; nice faucet.
I like this faucet very much; looks great. It gets a "4" instead of "5" because of two issues:1. The instructions are terrible. The booklet covers many faucets (generically) including shower fixtures; annoying.2. This version has a soldered in filter screen. With a public water supply it's not likely an issue, but for those of us in a well-water environment, a non-removable screen is a problem. Sediment occasionally (over time) clogs faucet screens. If this plugs, I'll have to remove and backflush it to clear it. Can't say I'm happy about that. It does however, create a very nice water flow.Installation, after you decide to essentially just look at it rather than read the manual, is fairly easy. Teflon tape was included for fittings, but no suggestion as to which end of included hoses to apply to. I did a few wraps on both ends; it installed fine with no leaks. The only other minor problem is that it only has 1 nut (one point of tightening) to secure it to the sink. In my installation, I was replacing onto a 3-hole sink cut-out. With only the center "bolted down", it can pivot if bumped with modest force. I would suggest a thin bead of adhesive caulk around the base to help keep position. I didn't do that since it came with a nice foam seal under the base plate ...but wish I had.The "look" is great! The function is great! The included hoses were very nice quality. Also liked that it was packed in a soft cloth drawstring bag (no scratches) -nice touch. So with the minor issues noted, I would recommend this faucet.
