Incense for dreams

I recently read that smelling scents while you sleep affects your dreams. I often have negative dreams. I thought that maybe burning incense while I go to sleep might improve them. It actually has! I decided to try a happy (floral) scent, and these are really doing the trick! I'm not dreaming about fantastically wonderful things, but the dreams have become more neutral and not negative.
