These work GREAT in our in home gym. We have a padded mat in there and it was slippery when trying to do certain movements like yoga. These solved the problem!

I am a size 8 shoe, bought the small/medium, and they work great for barre. They have a tight fit so my feet don't slip, and the grips are strong enough to hold for planks and slider moves. I even went into a class tonight with an older pair on and thought I was in trouble but the grips still held well! Overall a good affordable substitute for more expensive socks - I think they may even be holding up better over time than some of my more expensive pairs.

Received all white and not Multi coloured as stated and shown in photo. States Geniune Aoliks but don't think so. Contacted for refund but just being difficult.
