Q: Where is it manufactured?

Someplace where rear ends are the size of a 10 year old. VERY SMALL and extremely uncomfortable as well. My rear end is not huge, and this was small enough to fit a child.

No. I found it a bit hard. I thought it would be more comfortable than it is. My husband prefers the Blow up one instead because it gives some.

Q: Which way do you sit on this? Nothing feels right.

It's not very comfortable to sit on because of the hole in the middle and it's rather hard and stiff. I don't think there's a right way to sit on it. But I think it serves its specific purpose of helping you sit if you have injury or surgery to your nether parts.
