Excellent customer service and solid product.
Initially was dubious about this solar powered door.Had an issue with timing which customer services resolved very quickly given time zone difference, very polite and professional.We've programmed the door for our chickens as we have two groups who go in at different times. The solar power charging works perfectly and the battery is still showing fully charged (we live in Gateshead, NE England where sunlight is limited during winter). The remote control is a nice touch for the weekend mornings where we don't want to get up too early. Safety features haven't been used but we're tested before installation and work fine.I'm no good at DIY as my wife will attest too after a 6 HR visit to A&E and slicing my hand open. Place door against flat part of coop, mark holes, screw, job done.👍

Stopped working
Worked perfect for 2 months and then stopped. Kept closing leaving a gap of about 3 inches and then opening again, constantly. Had to remove and refix old manual door. Can't find how to contact seller, but looking at previous reviews it wouldn't be worth it anyway.

A complete rip-off
Just like many of the other reviews, this product works for about a month and then you cannot charge it either by electricity or by solar. Do not buy its garbage.

Rubbish product, definitely won’t buy again
Emailed Cozion customer support, no response after two weeks.Door will not charge, I’m unable to get the socket to go in far enough.I’ve had the door facing sunlight/ daylight for days and still not charged

Loved the door. It worked perfectly for about a week then wouldn’t recharge.

Broke after 2 months
Door opens by 2 inches then stops, the chickens cant get out so I have to manually move it up breaking the mechanism and the point of having an automated door.A replacement is being refused as well

Porte qui fonctionne parfaitement
J'ai achetée cette porte pour mon poulailler , la programmation est simple et le mode lumière est bien pratique , le fait qu'elle soit en aluminium la rend bien résistante contre les élément et les prédateurs , la recharge solaire est un plus intéressant.

per 6 mesi ha funzionato perfettamente, ieri con il telecomando si è bloccata non funziona più nessun tasto, nemmeno della portina, mi chiedo se ci sia un reset da fare anzi me lo auguro, se qualcuno sapesse come fare ringrazio. Grazie

Cogimos esteña puerta de gallinero automática, porque estamos arreglando el gallinero que tenemos en una caseta, para que así nuestros gallos🐓 y gallinas 🐔estén más calentitos en esta época fría del año.🐔Viene con lo necesario para instalar la puerta, 6 tornillos y un destornillador incluidos.🐓Necesita 3 pilas AA, que no están incluidas. Nosotros le hemos puesto pilas recargables.🐔El mecanismo es muy sencillo, en la pantalla viene para configurar la hora de apertura y cierre, que podemos modificar según la época del año.🐔A nuestras gallinas y gallos les da un poco de miedo la puerta, pero entendemos, que es cuestión de tiempo a que se acostumbren.🐓Nos da tranquilidad saber que nuestras gallinas están más protegidas por la noche de otros animales nocturnos.🐓No necesita instalación eléctrica, lo que hace que su montaje sea mucho más sencillo.🐓🐔Recomendamos esta puerta, ya que si como nosotros no tenéis luz o instalación eléctrica en el gallinero, es una solución práctica y cómoda para tener más protegidas a nuestras gallinas y gallos.Eso sí, hay que darles tiempo a acostumbrarse a ella 😅.
