Not exactly 450mm
I usually get my postal tubes from Ambassador on Amazon. I saw this deal and went for it. However, the description is not entirely accurate. The length is actually 445mm. 5mm short, which won't matter to most people but makes all the difference for me as the whole batch is unusable. I opened a return and no response from seller, hence my review of the product. You'll get something shorter than advertised which is acceptable for most but don't expect any response from seller if things go wrong. Thats the really bad and unacceptable part.
