My kids have used these for quite some time to aid in sleeping. I love them because they aren't packed full of a bunch of additives. Magnesium and vitamin B6 are naturally occuring within foods. Unfortunately, the foods that we consume aren't as packed full of vitamins and minerals as they once were so this is a great way to get more into our diet. I have honestly used them myself, and they've helped me sleep as well!

I love the flavor of these gummies, and the texture too. Some gummy vitamins are too chewy, or hard and taste weird, or are too sweet, but these are great. I got them for my kids to help fill in the gaps (per research, most people are magnesium deficient - and it is helpful for focus). These were the perfect dosage for elementary age kids. I can't necessarily vouch for their efficiency, that's both hard to measure, and there are so many variables. That being said, I do feel the kids' focus has improved (again, many variables).

My husband loves the flavor and texture of these! He also notices when we run out because he feels different. I have a subscription on these now so he doesn’t run out.

With my insomnia I get 1-2 hours sleep a night. These gummies help me get 4-6 hours a night!! I take about 30 min before I'm ready to go to bed and they help me get sleepy and stay asleep for much needed sleep. Like I said- insomnia for 30+ years and nothing else helped- no not even Melatonin. It has been such a relief to finally sleep. The first bottle was very strong pineapple flavor and sweet that I LOVE!! Second bottle different shape and the flavor level cut in half. m Not sure if different mfg or what but I still sleep. Wish the flavor would go back to what it was. Also- subscribe and save is convenient but you don't get to take advantage of the coupons when available. I would definitely recommend.

Love these gummies! They make taking my magnesium supplement a breeze. Usually I prefer liquid forms that I can easily add to my water in the morning but having yummy gummies makes it more exciting 🤣 10/10 recommend!

The positive: the taste was pretty goodThe negatives: several spelling mistakes on the label, which concern me about the quality of the vitamin. They were a harder gummy and did tend to get stuck in your teeth

The product taste great. No citric acid or sugar coating. One gummy is 250 mg, my son takes 300 mg, he took one also and liked it. We slept great and will take another dose night!
