Great Product, Few Tips
We purchased this product to do an accent wall in my daughters room. I was hesitant because I know that installing wallpaper can be challenging, but decided to give it a shot with this peel and stick paper. First, I would say that my saving grace is that the paper we chose (marble) has a random pattern so we didn't have to match seams. The seams are not perfect and there is some overlap but you cant tell. If you choose a "patterned" paper, this may become a lot more difficult to install. As we were putting up the paper, we were really having a tough time to get it to line up properly and lay on the wall flat. I was ready to give up until we tried it a different way; here is what worked for us. I would peel off about 10 inches of the backing and stick it to the top as well aligned as I could, but not perfect. Basically, I just did this to hold it in place and to be hanging straight down from the ceiling. Then I would work my way back up from the baseboard. By the time I got back towards to top I would unstick it from the top and continue to work my way up from the bottom until the whole sheet was on. I hope this makes sense, but it did really help me to do it this way. Finally, I do recommend having a proper smoothing tool (we had one laying around from on old Fathead we put up for my son). A credit card or something like that would certainly ruin the paper.

LOVE this wallpaper! Elegant and Versatile
Easiest wallpaper ever! I’m not great at hanging wallpaper so I had to reposition it quite a bit. Very forgiving as long as you don’t allow it to fold over on itself. Very sticky and difficult to pull apart, though it can be done successfully if one is patient and doesn’t pull too hard. Learned this the hard way!Look how gorgeous this bathroom turned out. Thought the steam from the shower might cause it to peel but the adhesive quality is great and so far, no problems at all. Absolutely Love it! Many compliments from my friends and guests.

Easy room transformation
This wallpaper was very easy to hang. It totally transformed my daughter's drab college apartment - ugly brown walls.I did this entire wall in less than 2 hours - 4 rolls of paper. All you need is a ladder & a razor blade for cutting a smooth edge at the bottom. I did not have a single bubble. The trick is to expose 12 inches of the paper at the top. While standing on the ladder, hold onto the top end of the paper where you're going to hang it and let the roll drop straight down (don't try to hold the roll while pressing to the wall. Place the wall paper perfectly across the top and then using both hands press the paper on to wall from the center out.Expose no more than 15 inches at a time. The other trick is NOT to try to line up the panels exactly, start with an overlap of 1/4 inch - The panels will be flush at the top, but by the time you get to the bottom, there might be a 1/4 gap.Because this is a random pattern, you don't waste any paper!I can't say enough great things. I will definitely buy more in the coming years.

Making the top of my new cart impervious to water
First: The After should say Before! Second: I liked the wood top, except it was a bit boring. There was so much wood the wood top didn't look special. I thought about buying the granite top, but it was not impervious to water. Plus, I wanting to have to oil it each year. The marble look is quite nice. The granite pattern is actually beautiful. Doing the corners is not easy. I should have checked out How-To articles on Pinterest before I jumped into the project. Though I'm not sure their Windex trick would work equally well with RoomMates as Contact Paper. To get rid of the many bubbles I had, I used a needle to make an invisible hole that was well big enough to let the air out when I pressed on the bubbles. It's nice, strong paper. I repositioned it a couple times with no problem, and when I decided to try again in hopes of getting better corners, the paper was still perfect to use on wooden stool seats. I love RoomMates Peel and Stick. It costs more than Contact Paper, but it's really strong so it's easy to feel confident when you're putting it on. pulling it up, and shifting it around.

Strong and easy to apply!
I refinished an old desk for my daughter (who loves spy stuff) and used it on the top as opposed to staining or painting. The “wallpaper” is strong and was very easy to apply and get the bubbles out of. I also used some as a dust cover for a book safe I made her to go with. The desk turned out perfect and she loves her new Spy HQ!

I like it but dont love it
It’s definitely tricky to apply and you most definitely can’t do it by your self. Get a friend to help. But it’s easy to measure and cut with an exact knife and pretty easy to stick on. Looks pretty professional! I like the way it turned out, but putting it on was a pain in the butt!

Looks great but hard to remove backing
Ai loved the pattern and it was easy to put only but gave only 3 star becuase it was a hell of allot of work to remove the peel from the back of the paper it took allot of work but applying and final look is great .

Beautiful
Amazing! I used it to add some flair to the bulkhead above my desk area. I was worried about adhesion with gravity and the ceiling, but it’s been up for about 2 weeks now and hasn’t budged at all! Quick tip; if you’re worried about the pattern not lining up, you can extend the veins in the marble pattern by using a small brush and some black/grey eyeshadow to fill it in!Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the price. When I purchased this it was $45 per roll, now it’s $60! That’s crazy considering you need at least 2 rolls to do anything substantial. If the price was normal again I would probably buy some more to do other areas around my house, but not at $60 a pop.
