HONEST PLUS SIZE REVIEW!I've been looking for a waist trainer for AGES. Most brands, even the 4X only fits up to 41" waist. And girls, my waist is 43". Im 5'2, 230 lbs, clothing size 18. I ordereda 4x, but I could probably fit into a 3x. I wanted something to keep me "snatched" but still be able to breathe lol, so hence the 4x. This trainer is damn near perfect. It's a little itchy on my bare skin, so I wear a thin tank underneath. It does take a minute to put on, but I'm getting the hang of it. My only complaint is that the "boning" digs into my sides when I sit. Other than that, highly recommend!

The reviews are wrong. Was hard to put on yes, but it does have stretch, you just have to pull hard to get the hook and eye connected. My old waist cinchers were 3x but seemed too loose, I went with a 2x and am glad I did. I wanted something tight to hold my back in place. And honestly, I probably could have gone for 1x, but will stick with 2x since it has 2 other rows of eyes to make it tighter. I am keeping it. Does help with back pain.

This item runs smaller than stated. I returned it.

It's hard to put on and it doesn't slim me enough to help much. I went up 2 sizes based on recommendation. I'm glad I did. My wrist still hurt and I had to take breaks. It stays put once on. It's a little smoother on than going natural so I'll use it again. I hope it improves with more use. The hooks look like it might not last long. I hope I'm wrong.

I ordered a small and was able to squeeze myself into it at 5’2 157lbs on the first latch but quickly noticed it was awfully tight. I moved up to a medium which seems to work but for me there is tightness at the hips which makes my healing lumps irritated. The quality seems good and there is no zipper it is just a latch.Would recommend going a size or two up if you plan on ordering though.

I was snatched. Size down one size if you want to look like a goddess. Will say, it is not coke bottle body friendly if you don’t have a homie to pull the top up because it loves to fold on one side after you sit down. Deffo size up if you want it to cover more. I personally loved it and will be wearing it more with dresses. 100/10 I was snatched to the GAWDS MAWMAW. I’ve tried other shale wear and it just wasn’t it. I’ve had a child via c-section and not only was it comfortable and didn’t cause any pain (again I sized down) and that’s also saying something bc that layers on scar that it’s pressing against. I got so many compliments and my waist looked amazing (small waist to begin with bought to maintain back fat I’m insecure about) loved it loved everything

It wasn’t my favorite so I think I return or it still in the house somewhere. It didn’t fit right for me. It looks great tho. Didn’t roll up for me but a little bit bulky and durability wasn’t for me
