My husband was supplied by a similar brace from the NHS, but it fastened with little hooks onto lace eyelets. The hooks kept popping off and then you had to spend ages looking to see where they had landed. This was bought as it seemed much easier to use, it just loops through shoe laces. Anyway, it’s been excellent, works a treat and the fabric around the ankle is much softer and more comfortable than the NHS one.

Effective and comfortable mostly
The ankle strap is comfortable and being able to adjust the Velcro strap makes it easy to use. I’ve deducted one star because there are small niggles in everyday usage

Brilliant.
Due to nerve damage caused by a slipped disc I developed foot drop. This caused me to trip more often than usual and my foot would get tired and ‘floppy’. I bought this on recommendation from my spine consultant while waiting to a referral to be fitted for a splint.I’ve been using this daily for months now. It was definitely worth the money, I bought the large so it could be worn over clothing. Its easy to use, great quality, and has massively helped my foot drop. I use it whenever I leave the house. Its not obvious to see either (I have it in black).I would 100% recommend to anyone with foot drop or similar issues!

Tricky to use as it pulls laces when on & I don't think it improved my walk much either

Comfortable and easy to use

In effetti sin da subito si nota la scarsità dei velcri ma forse lo hanno capito anche loro e intelligentemente hanno messo un cinturino di riserva, comunque l'ho provato e funziona perfettamente , il piede indossando le scarpe rimane alzato, se si vuole evitare di usare la molla di codivilla và bene. Il sistema e' ingegnosoa un po' troppo rigido.La stringa ai lacci sarebbe molto meglio elastica

Un' ottima alternativa alla classica Molla di Codivilla
per chi come me ha una leggera caduta del piede, dovuta a problemi di sciatica, e' un'ottima alternativa alla classica molla di Codivilla che in questo caso risulta un po' ingombrante e macchimosa.E' leggera, comoda e mi risolve al momento il problema in maniera quasi invisibile
