So I bought these not realizing the black is for men and the pink is for women, so don't make the same mistake I did. They are too big for me as I am petite, not overweight and 61 years old, but they help support my wrists so I don't care. I have always worked out but was afraid to lift because I have a lot of hand, wrist and arm pain. These are easy to put on, well made and the Velcro is high quality. These were a good purchase and I have no regrets as they lessen my pain when I wear them.

I purchased these wrist wraps to see if they would help to reduce some of the muscle strain I was experiencing when lifting weights. I have never used wrist wraps before so they felt a little uncomfortable the first few times I wore them and my wrists were very sweaty after taking them off. Since using these wrist wraps consistently when strength training, the forearm strain I was previously experiencing has gone away. The only con for me would be the length of the wrap. My wrist is 6” and the wrap feels bulky. I would prefer something that is thinner with a shorter length so it has a slimmer look on my wrist.

I have hyper mobile joints and struggle with my wrists a lot in the gym. These are a game changer to allow me to properly exercise without injuring myself
