I've been taking this supplement for almost 2 weeks now.It has traditional Chinese adaptogens and other powerhouse ingredients/nutrients to support the immune system.It also has spermidine!This formula helps to rejuvenate on a cellular level.I have a sense of wellbeing and feeling of good health.I'm very pleased to have added this supplement to my routine.Another plus for me is the curcunin for memory and brain health.For less than $24.00 for a months supply is very affordable.Please do your own research and consult with your own Healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

Easy to swallow

I've been taking Curcumin for well over a decade. It's very expensive. I'm not sure if it does anything. But *they* say it does so I keep taking it. Among other things, this Revival Point contains a good amount of Curcumin, more than my normal supplement has per serving. I'm not a big fan of the ginseng though. Ginseng has a tendency to wire me, which is not something I need. That said, I've been taking this supplement at half dose every day for just about two weeks and I don't think I'm having any issues with it.

Spermidine is probably not a well known supplement, but there is decent research indicating this natural product does help with a number of concerns. There are reports of cardiovascular, neurological, and glucose control benefits. Those are three areas I am absolutely interested in. Just starting with spermidine supplementation so will need to finish bottle before I can really say on that. They do have other ingredients which I've used over time and know are good for health, so am optimistic this will be a good product to take. Easy to swallow. No taste issues. No adverse reactions and this is just the start of the product.

These capsules are easy to swallow and on an empty stomach, without any adverse reactions. I take these as directed. I like that they have some good ingredients that promote general good health and wellness. I cannot say that I have noticed any changes but will continue to take it since the ingredients are important nutrients for the body.
