Does what it says works great for letting us know sleep walking daughter opens door or if door opened when not home easy to link to wifi

Initially was easy to pair and worked well for a few weeks. But then lost WiFi connection and I could just not get it to pair again with my router.The website is terrible and mostly in Spanish so there’s not really any help if you have problems. I gave up and chucked it in the bin. Go for the Eve option that works with apple HomeKit (if you have a Home hub) - at least the instructions for that are in English if you hit any problems

I'm really pleased with this door sensor... used to look after a vulnerable adult who is prone to wandering - we wanted to alert several members of our family if the door opens. Features which we find extremely helpful are:1. Installation is quick and easy - pair it with the app, and then just stick on to the door and frame using the adhesive pads supplied2. We can share the device across multiple DOMOS apps (so each family member can register the app and receive notifications).3. Alert notifications (on each smart phone running the app) can be set to silent, a quick alert, or a continuous alarm sound4. Individual family members can set their own alert preferences (e.g. switch off when on holiday)5. Alerts can be disabled on a timed basis (e.g. when carers visit), by day of week. So only alerts when the door opens outside of these times.6. In conjunction with a smart socket, we can also add an alarm inside the house (e.g. for a full time carer who may be in another room).On issue is that the in-app help / documentation is generally a little poor, and needs updating. It lags behind the features in the app which is clearly under development with other new features coming soon. However I found their email-based support to be absolutely excellent - very quick to reply and answer questions.I have only just installed this device, so I can't talk to it's reliability / battery life, however for now I'm extremely pleased. The unit is compact, unobtrusive and appears to be well made. I'm very happy to recommend this to others.

I finally got this to connect with my smartphone through my router.I'm not sure how though. :/I followed the instructions included in the box, and followed the in app (v. 2.0.0) instructions in an attempt to pair the device. It failed to pair more than a dozen times. Be forewarned, you may experience a lot of frustration getting this to pair up with your smartphone.The smartphone app (DOMOS) is not great. A lot of features are rudimentary and/or just not well explained. However, it does work as advertised. It's just got a god awful interface. The actual sensor is of a pretty good build quality, is remarkably small, and works fine (my one is about 20ft from the router).

Not easy to configure, it works but very limited options and very dated app. It been working for the last 3 months with no issue (I guess).

Die Einbindung ins WLAN ist einfach, bei derartigen Geräten nutze ich zum Verbinden immer die Benutzeroberfläche des Routers. Die Alarmmeldung (deutlicher Warnton) erfolgt auch ohne dass die App geöffnet ist. Sehr gut finde ich auch die mehrfache Einstellung von Zeiten in denen kein Warnton ausgegeben wird, ich nutze jetzt von Domos insgesamt 9 Sensoren (Bewegungs- und Wassermelder) sowie diesen einen Türkontaktsensor, diesen nutze ich an einem Garagentor, Fritzbox und zwei Repeater hintereinander ca. 40 m, im Haus durch mehrere Wände und dann über den Hof, funktioniert bis jetzt sehr gut.Einziges Manko bei diesem Hersteller ist die fehlende deutsche Anleitung und Bedienoberfläche, anscheinend ist hier der deutsche Markt nicht so wichtig. Bei einer Anfrage von 2018 wurde diese schon in Aussicht gestellt, zu Beginn musste ich viel ausprobieren, Anfragen hierzu wurden aber stets beantwortet.

Buen producto, cumple su función y es fácil de instalar y conectar. Lo único que de vez en cuando puede dejar de funcionar el servicio cloud y entonces dejan de llegar las notificaciones, dando la sensación de que ha dejado de funcionar o no tiene pilas o está desconectado de wifi.

Avevo bisogno di un riscontro aggiuntivo, sugli ingressi ed uscite di casa da mia assenza. Il sensore DOMOS è la soluzione perfetta. Facile da installare e configurare, permette di avere una sicurezza in più durante l'assenza da casa. Nel corso delle 3 settimane successive all'installazione non ci sono stati falsi allarmi, non ci sono state perdite di connessione o quant'altro. Il prodotto è perfetto, avvisa immediatamente (se avete una connessione internet affidabile e continua) sull'apertura e chiusura della porta su cui è installato. L'app permette di escludere il sensore in determinati periodi della giornata, evitando così inutili allarmi durante la vostra presenza. Piccola spesa ma grande efficienza e precisione. Consigliato.

Produit de bonne qualité. Facile et simple d'utilisation. L'application est top. Le detecteur fonctionne bien et previen au bout de quelques secondes.

Ha funcionado a la perfección un par de años. Pues ahora la app ha dejado de funcionar, imposible actualizarla y por la tanto el aparato deja de funcionar. Es una pena porque iba bien. Costó el triple que los que venden en otra plataforma de otras marcas. Una pena
