Very delicious and slightly sweet garlic scape powder. It is a wonderful aromatic that mixes well with diced garlic cloves. This will always be a staple in my pantry.

I’m not sure what this was but it’s definitely not garlic scapes. I almost think it’s coriander but the taste is too bland. I would not recommend this product. There are better garlic scape options available on this site.

I can’t have garlic and onion in my diet, but garlic scapes are safe. These are a great replacement in recipes! Yum
