The product seems to be what I need but the people who deliver do not follow the directions very well. I have asked to have it delivered to my door because of my medical condition but they continue to leave it in the lobby where items are stolen every day. When Amazon had their warehouses here, the drivers always brought the packages to my door, now they use another courier and it's always going to be a risk when I am going to receive my order.
