Awful, second charger stopped working pretty quick so only the mico usb does.Battery isn't sufficient and runs out straight away - I should have focussed more on the mA capacity but I guess I was just putting some trust on an Amazon purchase.Never again... awful experience and waste of time.

Brilliant kid tablet
Brilliant kid tablet. My kids enjoyed it very much. It has lots of app they can play and learn with. Reading story and drawing apps has been my daughter’s favorites. Also I can set up a timer to control how long they can play with. I’m pleased with this tablet and the kids too. Love it.

A very bad product.Cons:- So bad and slow it doesn't even run youtube properly without freezing every 2mn.- Takes 4mn to turn on: a 3 year old will roll himself on the floor 5 times and ask you 10 times to help him turn it on in the meantime.- Battery doesn't last more than an hour.- Needs a special charger, not even USB. Loose the charger and you can throw your tablet in the bin.- Loaded with kids applications that even my 3 year old finds boring.- Barely enough space for 2 or 3 apps, IF you remove the preloaded apps (expect the removing process to take an hour of your time).- Let's not get into the "HD" part of the screen quality since youtube barely works.- Camera? a $2 camera from the corner shop is better than that. The process of turning the camera on is too complicated for my 3 year old, who can already take photos with my phone and my other tablet.Pros:- It's probably resistant with the silicon case. Would probably survive being dropped from the second floor window. I might just test that.- It hasn't burst into flames yet.

Disappointed
Item was a Christmas present but didn't last the course. Battery fail almost straight away and this meant tablet did not perform as advertised. Tablet eventually gave up the ghost. Item returned for a refund. Very disappointed after all the homework done!!!!

Total waste of money
This item stopped working 2 days after Christmas!My granddaughter was extremely careful in handling it but the touch screen stopped workingVery disappointed and no customer support to contact, just a chioce a refund

Poor battery performance
Battery lets this item down with only 1 hr life when fully charged can't play a full game or watch video.shame the software and processer are good and really responsive

It is very nice kid's tablet with lots functions which help kids learning. My son can learn drawing , singing, counting, colouring. Download games, video and youtube. He loves it so much. It comes with a cute cover and well packed in the box. Good value for it. Highly recommend

This product seemed to be a Good One. But it broke after exactly one month after the purchase. I don’t recommend it
