We love it. The description and the reviews were spot on. Very nice bed. Easy to put together. Kinda weird having a bed in three boxes but it works great. Suggest two people for set up, way easier.

Both sides of the bed do not retain firmness level. The bed goes from (50 maximum firmness) to 30 firmness in just two to three nights. Contacted costumer service. Their service department were unable to assist. I should have paid little more and got the number bed. You get what you pay for.

Air adjustments are not as noticeable as sleep number

Easy to put together and my wife and I are sleeping like the dead. Seems well built as well.

This A6 was purchased online from Personal Comfort due to a price differential. Assembly was straight forward and the components appear to be of above average quality. The problems with these mattresses is in the control system. It is a static control system trying to control a dynamic temperature sensitive system. It's an air mattress and the pressure inside changes with temperature and in my experience it changes quite a bit and does not provide a quality and consistent sleeping experience.The manufacturer states the range of the control in 'sleep numbers' is 5 to 50 yet when you buy the mattress they state that any setting above 29 is circulation restricting so your effective range is really 5 to 29 because no one wants their circulation restricted. Now you have to find 'your' sleep number by trial and error so you set the control to some number and then sleep on it and then you do this until you get a repeatable good night's sleep. The issue is that you will probably spend the whole 3 months of the sleep trial looking for that sleep number not realizing that the number you selected is constantly and indirectly changing due to your body temperature or environment heating up the mattress, Sometimes as much as 20 percent of the usable range. Your nice comfy bed turns into a brick while you sleep.Note the controller will not report this increase in pressure due to temperature unless you use the 'R' mode of the controller but you will notice it in the 'S' mode if you wake up and try to increase the 'S' setting and the controller then does the opposite and deflates the mattress. The 'R' mode can be considered a real time pressure/sleep number reporting mode whereas the 'S' mode is simply the last setting.How temperature affects this mattress so badly is unknown but probably due to exposure to the environment by the wedges cut out of the side bolsters or the use of a too thin rubber mattress material.Customer service is helpful but will divert your attention to other things because they know this problem is real yet unsolvable in it's current configuration.Also be aware that you can't return this mattress without them trying to sell your something else at least once. You have to call the sales department not customer service to return it... the 'sales' department.

this bed is great! the wife loves it. it was easy to set up and seems to be working good.

I didn't buy this bed but wanted to give fair warning if you contact Personal Comfort about purchasing a bed. You will get the standard used car salesman BS and then they will hound you with emails and phone calls even when you tell them to stop.They also have a shady business practice (the reason I didn't buy). They offer on their website "promotional" financing and get you to apply for credit. I was at the point of purchase after getting approved and noticed that if you select financing the price of the bed gets more expensive. They try to claim free financing if you pay within the terms (it's not even them giving you credit but Synchrony Bank) but increase the price of the bed 200 dollars?Sorry but that is *not* free financing and it's shady to act otherwise. When I brought this up to the salesman he just tried to diminish what I was saying and argue that it was free financing but the price is more if you finance. So if you finance you get to pay the interest up front instead of over time. No different. I wouldn't trust a company with shady practice like this. Buyer beware.

Very well made. Was easy to put together. Very nice bed for 2 people!!
