Contents: 10 drill bits each in sizes: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.2 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.0 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.5 mm, 7.0 mm, 7.5 mm. 8.0 mm. | 8.5 mm | 10.0 mm. 5 drill bits each in sizes: 9.0 mm, 9.5 mm, 10.5 mm, 11.0 mm, 11.5 mm, 12.0 mm, 12.5 mm, 13.0 mm. This quality tool is suitable for commercial use in industry, trade and workshop. It is suitable for drilling common materials with higher stress and higher concentricity and therefore lower tolerances with a strength up to approx. 900 N/mm², such as steel, cast steel, cast iron, sintered metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, soft and hard wood. An ideal collection for the workshop or customer service car. The split point according to DIN1412C allows immediate centring without pinning. The titanium nitride coating (TiN) gives the titanium drill an unsurpassed wear resistance and thus an approx. 6 times the service life compared to conventional HSS-G drills. Note: HSS steel is characterised by high hardness, starting resistance, wear resistance and a warm resistance up to 600°C. Due to its properties, HSS steel allows higher cutting speeds than low alloy tool steels, larger chip spaces, and thus a higher chip volume per time unit. Titanium nitride is a chemical compound of the two elements titanium and nitrogen. TiN - so its formula - is a metallic hard material of typical golden yellow colour. The ceramic material significantly increases this hardness and wear resistance on the tool surface and increases corrosion resistance. It increases the service life and scratch resistance and reduces friction, thus achieving even faster drilling progress.
