I bought this for my wife for her birthday last year and she absolutely loves it. It works REALLY well. It heats up her office very effectively. It also looks like a real fireplace, which is surprisingly soothing. I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat. We've had it for almost a year and it is still running strong. It has some cool features like a timer and remote control. Great heater!

I love this thing!! The heater is at the top, so I don’t have to worry about my dog’s toys getting pushed up underneath it. It’s a small space heater in a really cute shape! It is made to take the chill out of a room. It is not meant to heat an entire house. It works well and I love how it looks.

The noise level is standard with some noises to be expected. It looks great! Easy to use, beautiful, basic ambience, heater, quality, and heat output are great! The only negative is that when you open the door the template that goes around all the buttons doesn’t stay on. I like that it has a remote. Overall, this is a good heater.

It was worth a shot for our new RV that didn't come with a fireplace. We missed the fireplace in our previous RV even though we started out ambivalent. It's one of those things that grows on you likely saving a lot on propane during its four years. But the new floorplan doesn't allow for one so we were looking for a safe one that was small and stumbled on this. At the price good reivews I said I'd give it a shot and we scored. It fits perfect under the edge of a kitchen counter on an L shaped kitchen and without the legs, the shelf even still works going up. It faces the reclinable chairs so blows exactly where you want it. We still have cold mornings here in MT so we got it going early in the morning and it warmed things to livable within about a half hour in the main area. It's quiet, the color matched and it blows out the middle of the unit. The remote is adequate. We don't mess with most of the "features" just turn it on. These are great as a nightlight also at night. For the price, hard to beat. Well worth the price. suprisingly small but not "stupid" looking.

To conserve energy, I bought this for my home office, where I spend most of my time keeping my home heat set very low for the rest of the house. It heated the room great loved it until the heating element went out 6 months after purchase. During record cold temperatures. While being a solid built and pretty to look at because the flames still work, if it doesn't heat it's worthless. Unless that's what you're looking for. If so, buy a less expensive unit.

Cheap garbage. Cheap plastic parts that don't look nice or seem heat resistant. Front buttons are peeling off. Remote doesn't work (even with new batteries). Absolute junk!
