Pretty lace and sequins
This fringe arrives vacuum packed. The sequins are secure in the tassels and netting and fit the purpose I need. the netting makes them easy to sew into place to give the right embellishments for the dress I am making. The sizes are a little off, depending how you measure this. If you measure from the top of the net to bottom of the fringe it is approximately 29cm to 30cm, if stretched it does measure the 32cm in the description, 5 yards is approximately 457cm, and I measured this piece to be approximately 440cm. it suits my purpose and I like the quality of it.
