I’m a TCM herbalist and this product was recommended by a colleague. I have now purchased several times and have recommended to my patients. All of the constituents have proven ability to assist with the indications as noted on the label.

I have been having to take natto kinase for my blood flow for many years now (I’m 53). Some work well, some I have felt like I was ripped off. This one works exceptionally well! I reordered it because I’ve had no flow issues since starting this one.

This is a concoction of all 3 fibrinolytic enzymes: Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase & Serrapeptase. I have been taking these individually for a few years now and it is very handy to have them all-in-one in relatively high doses. Hence I call this the best of all worlds. You can Google the benefits of these and discover that there are many, particularly with heart health, which is what I mainly take it for.

I received this item by mistake. I did some research on it, however, and found it is derived from earthworms. A type of enzyme that breaks down fibrin, which is responsible for blood clotting.Generally, it is well-tolerated, but some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, such as nausea or diarrhea. More serious side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions, such as skin rash or itching. It is crucial to be aware of contraindications for lumbrokinase use. Individuals with known allergies to earthworms or other components of the supplement should avoid it. Additionally, those with bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia, or individuals currently on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, should use lumbrokinase with caution.

I bought one for my grandmother, grandfather and for me but none of us felt any better. So we just finished one bottle each and no more. I took a different brand of Nattokinase and I took about 10 capsules; after an hour my heart was hurting so I know they do work I'm just not sure why no one felt anything with this brand that has other three ases.

We took these because we had heard so many good things. I had been told by a doctor that it would help with my chronic pain issues. My wife decided to take them too because she was having pain issues too. Instead, we both noticed we were aching and hurting more after we had been taking this for a month or so. We stopped taking it and the pain went away. So take that for whatever it’s worth, but we’ve both stopped and are no longer aching.
