Kashi Heart To Heart Warm Cinnamon Oat Cereal, 12.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)

I'm sharing my ultimate chicken recipe secret here...Preheat oven, 350. Crush Kashi Warm Cinnamon Oat Cereal between two sheets of wax paper. Then, after dipping skinless, boneless, chicken breasts in Almond Milk, I roll each chicken piece in the Kashi crumbs, then dust pieces with paprika (or cayenne if you like the heat) and garlic powder. (I do this in two steps because I omit paprika and garlic powder on a couple of pieces for my Grandson) The combination is to die for. Spritz with EVOO, oven bake as you usually do for oven fried chicken. While the chicken bakes, put 4 T. coconut oil on a cookie sheet and place on empty, lower rack in oven. Slice 5 washed yams in 1/4 inch diagonal slices. Remove the warm cookie sheet and toss yams in melted coconut oil. Return yams to oven. Yams will be done about the same time as chicken...but check so they don't become mushy. You will love this chicken, if you love cinnamon, and the yams are better than candy. Hope it makes your day.

This is a delicious cereal that I personally think tastes much better than Cherrios!It's slightly, but not overly sweet and the touch of cinnamon makes it even more delicious!It's a lot harder than Cheerios, so your cereal will not get soggy as fast, while sitting in milk.While I think this is a great cereal, the price is too high for a 4-pack. You can get a much better price at Walmart or your local grocery stores on sale.

My husband is a type 1 diabetic, and this is a breakfast cereal he can eat without blood sugar issues and enjoy the taste of. Cinnamon gives it a great flavor without needing a lot of sugar. Yummy!

My kids love this cereal, but I won't be buying it again. Or any other Kashi product.Why? Kashi led us to believe that their ingredients were healthy. Then it was found out they were using GMO's. This was the exact thing that I thought I was avoiding by buying Kashi.

I really like Kashi products, but the cinnamon taste of this is overwhelming, unlike the subtle enhancement that Cinnamon Harvest was to Autumn Wheat. I regret buying this because it is way too strong, even for this person who really likes cinnamon.

You can get it cheaper at stores, around $3.00 each.I'm not sure why would I buy 4 boxes at a time and pay more than $3.00 each.

This is by far the most delicious cereal I've ever eaten. I eat this for a snack, too. If given the choice between potato chips and this cereal, I would choose this cereal, and that says a lot. I think I literally ate an entire box of it in two days, it's just that good.

When I first began to buy the Honey Oats (long ago), they were good enough to eat right out of the box. After a couple of years, that ceased to be true; it was as though someone had turned off the honey machine.Eating the Warm Cinnamon, alone, would be too much, for me, but I used a little of each and my taste buds are happy.
