I've used this window vacume since 2021 and it continues to work brilliantly. It makes cleaning windows, shower screens and mirrors so quick. Especailly in winer it uses suction to quickly remove condensation from windows, mirrors and flat surfaces in the house. No streaks, no dripping water everywhere.The battery life is still decent and the vacume is very easy to empty and clean. One of my favourit cleaning tools- still performs like new after years.

I was impressed with a friend's and decided to buy one. It is quicker and easier than manual cleaning and gives good results over most of the window. However, it is difficult to avoid a little smearing in corners. It encourages us to clean the windows more frequently. It probably deserves 5 stars, but I have not owned it long enough to know if it will be reliable or if results will deteriorate as the "blade" wears.

We previously had the WV2 which worked extremely well until the battery packed up which is nigh on impossible to change. The WV5 is just as efficient cleaning windows or your shower screens but has an easy replaceable battery pack which are readily available.

Decided to buy one after much consideration and time, and it’s been a worthwhile investment. The Victorian single glazed windows in my house suffer from autumn-spring condensation and from two Westies who smear their noses and paw prints all over them while viewing the world outside, so much so that I was considering being sponsored by Windowlene. The combination of the WV 5 and the sprayer / cleaner cloth make a fast and effective solution. The WV 5 removes condensation and liquid quickly and easily without making multiple passes or leaving smears or marks. The key to using it is proper angle, steady speed and using a small cloth. If you wipe the rubber squeegee part of the head after each pass with a cloth, it will remove any residual moisture on it and stop any streaks on the window on the next pass, just as it would with using a standard squeegee. It is also excellent at quickly removing water from the glass in the shower, great for slowing limescale build-up. Battery life has been very good so far too. Note: The information needed to register the warranty online (product number and serial number) are located under the water tank, which snaps in place into the body. You cannot remove the tank with the suction head is in place, however. This is not shown at all in the instructions.

I use this mainly in our loft conversion to good effect, as we seem to get a lot of condensation up there on cold nights on the bedroom and bathroom windows, including 2x velux windows, which has been causing mould to start growing. I have to say it really is easy to use, but after some time prefer the smaller suction head. There are a couple of downsides, especially with the velux windows where I have to angle the unit to achieve suction, which sometimes causes difficulties picking up all of the condensation, and if I tip it slightly too far can cause the dirty water to leak out onto the floor/ carpet. (unhappy face emoji) I sometimes use it sideways too, going across the windows, but again this only works for small amounts before leaking. Under normal circumstances though it does pick up a lot of water, so I might have to empty it once or twice each morning. Really saves a lot of effort with cloths/ towels/ toilet paper each day, and only needs charging every 3-4 days of use. Great little tool, go get one - you won't be disappointed !!
