Works fine, easy to install.
Our dryer quit and I bought this from Pattern and it shipped from Amazon. It came quickly and I watched a couple videos online. The tools I used are my phone to take a photo of the wiring once opened. But otherwise as shown, a 1/4" nut driver to get the 2 long screws off the back corners of the top and then bump the top back 1/2" and lift it up. A t10 drive bit for the little screw at the side of the timer. My 3115 AC voltage sensor to make sure the power was off. Needle nose pliers and a screwdriver to get the wires off the timer (take a photo first). 2 trim pry tools to gently remove the knob and a grabber to pick up whatever had collected behind the dryer. I slid the dryer 3-4" away from the wall but didn't really need to. Also used a 8" high stool to lean over and look behind it. Once the top was bumped loose I rotated and drew it toward me and laid it on a towel on top of the dryer to remove 5 little screws holding the back cover and get to the timer. Don't drop any screws. Took about 5-10 minutes once I watched 2 youtube video, got the dryer clear and the tools collected. Maybe 1 hour total time, maybe less.

Works perfectly!
This was the same brand as the one we were replacing (Norm Pacific) -- it wasn't clear from the product listing whether it was another brand. Worked perfectly.

Didn’t last very long.
This would be a 5 star review based on the fact it worked perfectly initially, but this is the second one I’m buying in 6 months. The first one is now free spinning and will not catch internally so that I can start a cycle. Being that these are near $60, and I’m on my second one, it’s getting to a point that maybe repairing the dryer is just pointless as the entire dryer was $700 brand new. Maybe I just got a bad one idk. Like I said it worked well, but as of 3 days ago something mechanically quit working inside the timer. If it happens again I’m probably just selling the dryer or looking for another company to buy this part from.

Fantastic. Easy to Replace.
Perfect part replacement for GE dryer. Followed the utube video on how to replace this part and it was a breeze. Saved $$$ for a repair bill from a technician.

works fine
received the timer 2 days early, quick install and dryer works as it should, the original timer failed after 4 years so I hope this one will work longer but it looks to be exactly the same as the original one, will see how it goes btw, I did appliance repair as a side job for 10 years so this was nothing new for me but anyone handy with tools could easily follow the youtube videos and do this yourself
