The camera and the app are very likable at first . I planned to purchase couple more; however, just one month after the warranty is expired, all the images from the camera are distorted (see the included picture). I decided to look for other brands. Some companies offer the extended warranty, but after a while they close their business or register for different name; the warranty you purchase be come useless.

Not great video quality is ok but when viewing remotely the thing stops responding and sometimes wouldn't connect at all. Returned it and bought this one Wireless Security Camera, itTiot 720P HD Indoor WiFi Home Surveillance IP Camera for Baby Pet Nanny Monitor with Pan/Tilt, Two Way Audio, Night Vision White  <--- that one is awesome. Ended up with three and the quality is great.

It quit working a few months after I got it! It had acceptable picture quality night and day. It had acceptable function. If it didn't stop working I would say it is average. Because it broke right after I got it, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

Not very responsive to pan and tilt commands. Freezes up or crashes frequently. Won't automatically reconnect if power goes out, even momentarily. Picture quality is okay when it works.

Wss unable to connect to cloud, customer service unreachable. Terrible

This camera was intended to monitor my home while away. It has turned into disaster on the very first day when I opened the box, the instruction manual is written in poor and confusing English and the camera works only with the cloud storage which you have to pay for £10 each month. Despite they promised the 14 days free trail, they never activated it after a series of emails exchanged with so called customer services. You can only do live viewings but the movement notifications are delayed, so not really accurate functionality. Summarizing, one of the worst item purchased on Amazon.

I bought this item to use 1 as a night camera for my baby and 2 as a security for when we are away.The day mode is good. However the night mode has a white shadow over the bottom quarter of the screen. I have tried contacting the seller for a replacement to be sent as it might be a faulty batch but still no reply.@seller. Please get in contact with me as I would like a replacement. If you wish to have the original sent back this is ok bit I need q replacement one sent first.Please get in contact.

Superb and really easy to setup. Image quality good. And night vision excellent. Phone app excellent. Web page. Not great always asks for password and key encryption I stopped using it. Cloud service cheap and again works well. We use it to check dogs. Viewing whilst at work easy and fun. Speaker also works well. Caught the grandkids fighting whilst I was at work, told them off. Really funny.

This Camera is a little tricky to initially setup, after several failed QR scan fails i thought it was dead on arrival. Advise to those who purchase use a LAN cable then use your mobile app to configure the Wi-Fi passwods .Once setup an excellent camera.The Infrared LEDS are visible but very dim. Excellent picture quality. There is a second or two delay from movement to image on phone, this is improved when using the night vision.

Download the app, connect the camera, pair to Wi-Fi, job done. Great picture quality and easy to use. Remote two way audio with Pan and Tilt. Do buy a memory card if you don’t extend the Cloud storage package. Now have two of these, would recommend.
