Deceiving description of the product
The description of the product is deceiving: it says “milk cotton” in Amazon page but there is 80% of polyester in the item. All descriptions are in Chinese and basically irbid completely opposite of what i wanted to buy

It's not what you will be expecting
Having only read the reviews, stupidly, after I purchased this yarn, I wouldn't have bought it as it is clear that the seller is ignorant of quite a lot of relevant facts. This yard does not feel as if it is 80% cotton as claimed. It feels 100% acrylic. I once bought a ball of yarn from Amazon which said it was Milk Cotton and only after it arrived did I see 100% acrylic in very small letters underneath! I feel that this is yarn is the same. It is also far thicker than a standard DK yarn and more like an aran weight. I knitted a shawlette with it and was horrified that it took 3.5 balls. I've used the same pattern with other DK yarns and always used slightly less than 2 balls. Also I was forced to use 4.5mm needles and it proved to thick and unworkable on 4mm ones. The seller really ought to know the yardage/meterage of a ball of yarn - even if means doing the measuring themselves. Whilst I agree that the, "can I knit a scarf with one ball of yarn" is the equivalent of the how long is a piece of string question, a response as to the proposed laciness of a scarf should really been able to provide a guestimation of how much yarn is needed. Those issues aside I was quite horrified by how bright the colour actually is. I am sure it would glow in the dark if I could be bothered to check. I decided to keep the shawlette that I knitted because I'm not sure that the person for whom I intended to give it to as a gift would appreciate something quite so brightValue for money? Well, if the retailer of this yarn can tell you anything about it because the writing on the label is in Mandarin, it begs the questions of how does she know what the fabric content actually is. In that case you can buy yarn of similar quality from Wilko and TOFS for a lower price (Not markedly if knitting a scarf) and at least you do know what is in the yarn. I'm scared of putting this in the washing machine in case the yarn "gives" a mishap that has happened to me on a number of occasions when I have knitted with acrylic. So, with this yarn, you pay your money and you take your chance. It's not great and it's not bad either.
