The Cushion on the Wrap helps ππ»
I think it's helped, didn't get rid of the splint completely but it reduced the pain. That cushion on the wrap helps. It actually does cushion the pain, thus alleviating it. I will recommend it. Will I buy it again? Definitely. Funny thing is, I only have this problem on my left leg, not sure why. Maybe because it's some inch shorter than the right due to some femur fracture I had in 1999. Just half inch out on the base of my feet and ΒΌ out on the front toes area. But today I decided to wear one of my soft short M&S boots raised by NHS to run and I felt a big difference. I could run more before stopping. And I put the wrap over my sports leggings. The cushion definitely does make a difference.

Not eligible for return, too bulky doesn't get right enough to work
Very expensive for what it is (neoprene with Velcro and a strip of soft padding) and only suitable for bigger diameter legs! Couldn't get it tight enough to make any difference on me (in fact there was a gap between my keg and the material because it's too bulky to be tight where your leg gradually narrows towards the ankle. It's not eligible for return either, so an expensive bit of tat. Instead I recommend KT tape, tough compression socks, voodoo floss, and lax ball massage instead to deal with tight calves and posterior tibial issues (shin splints). Don't bother with this item, utter waste of money.

Game changer
Game changer, I have been really frustrated unable to run since October with Medial tibial stress syndrome. I rested and felt good decided to run but I was still suffering, desperate to fix it I seen this so gave it a try, and since I have been able to run pain free again. Highly recommend.
