Surprisingly delicious!
Protein and snack bars-always seem bland. Make way for Jimmy protein bars- super yummy! These babies took the edge off my hunger- which says alot. This could be consumed as a meal, snack or desert. Not overly sweet- just perfect for my taste. The consistency was appealing, between a cookie and a snack bar. Layers of flavors within the first bite. Mildly sweet coconut and pineapple w/perfect density. A drizzle of sugar and jellied pineapple atop..looked lovely, too.Thoroughly satisfying.
